The Sales and Trading Segment sources LNG, natural gas and electricity from various markets and suppliers across Europe and beyond, delivering competitive pricing, innovative products and security of supply for the benefit of our customers. Via one of the largest in-house gas and power trading floors in Europe, we also offer sophisticated gas, power, and green product supply services to customers with direct access to wholesale markets.
Trading and Wholesale Division
Integrated trading arm of MET Group, with the purpose of portfolio supply in gas, power and environmental commodities, establishing and managing its LNG portfolio as well as structuring, optimizing and ultimately risk managing its positions across its commodities and trading regions.
Furthermore, the Division is providing market making and structured trading platform for 3rd parties and is having proprietary trading activities.

The Renewables and Asset Segment develops, owns and operates a diverse and growing portfolio of energy assets across Europe. With more than 1GW of operating assets and a gas storage capacity of more than 5TWh under management, the segment provides a reliable, profitable and cost-efficient platform to support the MET Sales and Trading Segment through integrated asset optimization strategies.
The Renewables and Asset Segment is an integral part of our strategy to drive profitable decarbonization and support the energy transition.
Our portfolio spans across diversified technology classes such as solar, wind, battery energy storage systems (BESS), combined heat and power (CHP), combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) plants, and other assets such as gas storage facilities, complemented with aggregator platforms that strengthen the flexibility and resilience of European energy infrastructure.
