Miel en Entreprise, a beekeeping SME in Neyron founded by Rémy Ferrand, helps businesses strengthen biodiversity through the installation and management of customized beehives. Through its partnership with MET France, Miel en Entreprise installed MET’s first beehive in Neyron, taking a concrete step toward protecting bee populations while producing its own local honey, which can be shared with employees, partners, and customers.
MET France also works with local SMEs through community and sports initiatives. As a regular participant in running events, the French subsidiary chose to partner with Interstiss, a Lyon-based family-owned company, to design and produce its running jerseys – promoting sustainable, high-quality local produce.
Cramele Recaș is a flagship Romanian SME with a strong international presence. It is a wine producer dating back to 1447, when the vineyards in Recaș were first officially documented. Today, the company is the number one wine producer in Romania by turnover and the largest exporter of bottled wine. MET Romania plays an important role in supporting Cramele Recaș by ensuring reliable energy supply – both natural gas and electricity – for its large-scale, modern production.
Centuries-old wine-making traditions are combined with the latest technology. Cramele Recaș has fully modernized production facilities with automated bottling lines, fermentation tanks with temperature control, and premium oak barrel aging systems. Over the years, MET has played a key role in supporting the company by proactively adapting its supply approach and delivering personalized offers tailored to the evolving consumption profile.
For MET Romania, the partnership reflects a long-standing collaboration spanning more than 15 years, while also supporting local economic growth.
MET Polska supplies green energy to Elomoto, an operator of electric vehicle charging stations, supporting the rapid expansion of EV charging infrastructure across Poland. Now managing more than 80 charging points, Elomoto plans to create a network of 1,000 points by 2030. To achieve this ambitious goal, the operator needed an energy partner that provides cost predictability and a flexible approach to a dynamically growing business.
