Mr. György Nagy, one of MET expla­ins. in­dir­ect own­ers through WISD Hold­ing Lt­d., has bought the 12.665% own­er­ship stake of Mr. Ilya Trub­nikov, an­other in­dir­ect owner of MET Group. The trans­ac­tion was closed on 8 Decem­ber 2017.
