The Gothic-style Brussels Town Hall, with its distinctive central spire, dominates the square at the center of the image. Dense urban blocks with red-tiled rooftops and narrow streets extend in all directions, highlighting the city’s historic architecture and compact urban layout. The closing is expected to take place in Q2 2025. Under the agreement with MET Group, the 31.5% minority stake in Mega will remain with the founders and current co-CEOs Michael Corhay and Thomas Coune who will continue to lead the Mega business.
