MET Renewables and Assets Segment Board Member
Johannes Niemetz is CEO of the MET Renewables and Asset Segment and Member of the Executive Board of MET Holding AG. He is based in Baar, Switzerland. Mr. Niemetz is responsible for the MET Renewables and Asset Segment within MET Group.
From 2017 to 2021 Mr. Niemetz was the Group CFO of MET Holding AG. Prior to joining MET Group, Mr. Niemetz gained extensive corporate, financial management and investment banking experience in the oil and gas, energy and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Niemetz started his career at GE and later worked in senior roles as Principal at Strata in London, followed by CFO positions at European Gas Limited and La Francaise de’l Energie.
Mr. Niemetz holds a MSc. and BSc. from the London School of Economics as well as a CEMS Master from ESADE.
